MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCES WITH SELF HELP
I have personally suffered with low self esteem, motivation, anger management and self confidence.Sometimes it is a daily battle deal with all of these problems.I have never felt good enough. I have been diagnosed with chronic depression and I am now on appropriate medication to deal with it. It does not take away the feeling of LOW SELF-ESTEEM, MOTIVATION, ANGER MANAGEMENT and LOW SELF CONFIDENCE but it allows me the ablility to deal with each issue as it arises and these days I don't try to run away from the problem I try to deal with it. I do a lot of things to help myself with my LOW SELF-ESTEEM, MOTIVATION, ANGER MANAGEMENT and LOW SELF CONFIDENCE I try not to be so hard on myself I use aromatherapy, I use diversional therapy which means doing something that will take my mind off the situation until I am calm enough to deal with it ie. Listening to music, Playing the PlayStation, doing drawing or really anything that I like doing but those are the main one's that I use.
