3. Avoid overmuch thinking. Whenever you can, stop thinking at all times over something. Is because thinking would only bring in a mix of emotions that might be harder to get on with and manage later on. To hold constant self-motivation, one must endeavor to veer away from negative considerations and only think thing where he or she could something good.
